📌 Job Role: Chat Support Executive (International Process)

As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing real-time customer service support through chat and semi-voice interactions. Your role involves resolving customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide customer support via chat and ensure queries are resolved professionally.
✅ Offer real-time solutions and assist customers with their concerns.
✅ Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high response accuracy.
✅ Use strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and improve user experience.
✅ Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) to support customers across global time zones.
✅ Adhere to company policies and follow standard processes.

🎓 Who Can Apply?

✅ Education Required:
✔ PUC / Intermediate / 10+3 Diploma / Any Graduate

✅ Experience:
✔ Freshers (0 years) & up to 3 years of experience in customer service/BPO

✅ Skills Required:
✔ Excellent written communication skills – Strong grammar & fluency in English.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
