📌 Job Role: Trainee Process Consultant (International Voice Process)

As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing claims, and providing high-quality customer support to ensure satisfaction. You will be trained in healthcare processes, industry regulations, and customer service best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle customer inquiries via voice process and provide timely and accurate solutions.
✅ Process claims following company guidelines and US healthcare regulations.
✅ Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
✅ Accurately input and update customer records in the company database.
✅ Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve critical cases.

✅ Education Required:
✔ Graduates Only: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Pharma
✔ Passout Years: 2022, 2023 & 2024

✔ Excellent English communication skills – Verbal & written.
✔ Customer service orientation – Ability to handle international customers.

✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
✔ Team player with a proactive attitude.
