As an IT Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to users via chat, phone, and email. Your main goal will be to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions for IT problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

🔹 Provide world-class technical support to users via chat, phone, and email
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Chrome OS
🔹 Assist users in installing and using G Suite applications
🔹 Escalate complex issues to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or leads when necessary

🔹 Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and processes through training
🔹 Effectively communicate solutions to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner

Education Required:
✔ Any Graduate – B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, or equivalent degree

Experience:

Skills Required:

Basic troubleshooting knowledge (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS)
