Job Overview
As an Executive Customer Care professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and managing various telemarketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage a variety of customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
✔ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat support.
✔ Perform telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verifications.
✔ Identify and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
