Job Overview

Arcadis is hiring a Graduate Engineer - US SER to work on environmental site assessments, remediation, and data management. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in environmental engineering, geology, geoscience, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Site Evaluation and Remediation (SER), and Contaminated Site Management (CSM) projects.
✔ Provide environmental reporting and data management support using tools like Locus EIM, EQuIS, R Studio, Python, KNIME, Power BI, CAD, GIS, and subsurface modeling.
✔ Generate formatted Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs), tables, figures, charts, and reports.
✔ Process and interpret geological logs, chemical and geotechnical laboratory data for site investigations.
✔ Support senior colleagues in multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
✔ Provide administrative support for documentation, project training, task management, and budget forecasting.
✔ Maintain compliance with Arcadis business management systems, including mandatory training and timesheets.

Required Skills & Competencies

✅ Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc/M.Tech in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

✅ Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Environmental Site Assessment, Site Evaluation, and Remediation processes.

  • Proficiency in digital tools like R Studio, Python, KNIME, Power BI, CAD, and GIS (hydrogeological, geochemical, or subsurface modeling is a plus).

  • Field experience is an added advantage.

  • Strong technical writing skills for reports and documentation.
