Job Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Experience: 0 - 3 years (Freshers are welcome)
✅ Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel industry is a plus

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
