Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Process claims efficiently as per company guidelines
🔹 Handle customer inquiries & provide prompt resolutions
🔹 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
🔹 Adhere to client SLAs and quality standards
🔹 Update & manage customer records in the system
🔹 Work in coordination with different teams to ensure smooth operations
