Job Overview
As a Risk Management / Customer Support Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for users. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing user profiles, assessing gaming risks, and guiding users on responsible gaming practices. You will also handle customer queries, support retention efforts, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Analyze user profiles & identify potential gaming risks
🔹 Use risk modeling tools to assess user behavior
🔹 Educate customers on responsible gaming & support them when needed
🔹 Provide customer service via voice & blended processes
